2 · In short

This website is a plain information site. It sets no cookies, embeds no advertising or analytics services, and loads nothing from third-party servers when you open it. There is no contact form and no sign-up. That is why there is no consent banner to click away.

3 · Access and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open it, technically necessary data transmitted by your browser is processed:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• the address requested
• amount of data transferred and whether the request succeeded
• browser type and operating system

Without this data the page cannot be delivered. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other sources and not evaluated in relation to you personally.

4 · Transfer to the USA

Cloudflare is a US company. Delivering the site may involve transferring data to the USA. According to its own statements, Cloudflare bases such transfers on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Even so, access by US authorities cannot be entirely ruled out.

5 · Encryption

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). You can recognise this by the padlock in your browser's address bar.

6 · Storage on your device

This site sets no cookies. The only thing stored is your language choice (German or English) in your browser's local storage, so the site opens in your preferred language next time.

That entry contains nothing but “de” or “en”, no personal details, and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It is strictly necessary for the function you selected and therefore requires no consent under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

7 · No analytics, no advertising

No analytics tools are used — no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad networks, no profiling, no automated decision-making.

8 · Fonts

The fonts used are stored on our own server and loaded from there. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service, and your IP address is not transmitted to one.

9 · Map

The map is a stored image on our server, not an embedded map. Opening the page therefore establishes no connection to any mapping service.

Only when you click the image or one of the “Get directions” buttons does Google Maps open. From that moment Google's privacy terms apply.

10 · Links to other providers

The site links to Instagram, Facebook, Uber Eats and Wolt. These are plain links, not embedded content: as long as you do not click, no data is transmitted to those providers. Once you click, their respective privacy terms apply.

11 · Getting in touch

If you call or email us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract is involved, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete these details once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

12 · Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data held about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
